Potential projects can be (but not limited to):

• Data-drive materials design and discovery for energy materials.
• machine learning interatomic potential for large-scale simulations and crystal structure prediction.
• Surface and solid-sold interfaces.

Background in physics, chemistry, materials science is preferred but not mandatory. Programming skills in Python, Julia, Fortran are highly desirable. Publishing track-record in high-impact journals is a plus.

We have positions opening at all levels, whether you are undergraduate students or post-docs. It is highly recommended to make contact early:

• Master and PhD students: Interviews for 2025 entry is likely to be conducted in October 2024. Please contact us early.

博士后招聘（长期有效）

一、应聘条件

具有物理、化学、材料、力学或相关专业的博士学位（或近期将获得博士学位）； 具有独立开展科研的能力、扎实的专业积累、良好的职业操守以及团队合作精神； 符合北京理工大学博士后招收的基本条件；

优先考虑具有以下研究背景之一的申请者：

1）第一性原理计算 2）材料信息学、机器学习与高通量计算 3）具有一定的编程基础，掌握一种或多种语言，如Python、Fortran、Julia、C++等

二、研究领域 研究方向包括但不限于以下方向：

能源、光电方向的数据驱动新材料设计 材料发现、晶体结构预测相关方法的发展 表面、界面性质模拟于计算

三、待遇

基本年薪18-30万+科研奖励+学校缴纳的社保、公积金； 入选学校“特立博士后”支持计划者，实施贯通式培养，出站可优先聘为预聘制教师； 如果入选“博新计划”、“国际交流计划”引进项目，薪酬最高可到60万+； 留京工作的博士后可以解决本人、配偶、子女在京落户；学校提供博士后公寓或租房补贴；未成年子女可进入拥有优质教育资源的理工附小、附幼就读，免去家庭后顾之忧。
